I gave this talk to the women of my parish, and I'm so grateful to my videographer for his help! Listening to it recently, I was astounded at how clear I sounded. St. Therese is fulfilling her mission of showing us God's great love for us, and I'm thrilled to be part of her team!
This is a talk I gave to the women of Thomas Aquinas College in St. Therese dorm on St. Therese day, and as you can see from the photo, we had a great time! Thanks to the recording by my friend James, you can hear the whole thing - just click on the bold title above, and once you're transported to the talk, click again on the orange "play" button. Wow, technology can do wonders for the Little Flower's mission to make God loved as she loves Him!
Warning: We did a lot of giveaways that night, so listening might whet your appetite for sipping up something on St. Therese. Happily, we came up with a solution . . . you can contact me by clicking the magical "Contact Me" button on our blog page (Miss Marcel's Musings) or home page, and I'll be glad to send you a copy of Stations of the Cross with Our Sister St. Therese, for fun and for free!
This is a talk I gave at our local town library (God bless libraries and all who find themselves therein!), and thanks to my friend Andre, it's not only recorded for voice, but filmed! I gave the talk several years ago in celebration of NaNoWriMo and my romantic comedy The Paradise Project. To all those who've asked for a sequel to the novel, thank you for your love of Elizabeth, and I hope you enjoy this video about her birth! To all those who haven't yet read The Paradise Project, you're in for a treat!
Warning: If you listen to this talk, you'll find out how easy it is to write a novel, and you might be tempted to write one yourself! Worse yet, if you read The Paradise Project, you're likely to want a sequel, and then your only recourse (so far) will be to pray that God gives me the time to write one. Please do!
This is a talk I gave when I felt really tall and smart. Actually, if you think I look different in this talk (and sound different!) that's because I am different - or rather, the speaker here is my better, taller, smarter half! This is my husband, Tony Andres, speaking at Christendom College for their St. Thomas Day lecture. Wow, he's good! You'll learn about St. Thomas and you'll learn about the angels, and you'll learn at least 3 reasons why St. Thomas Aquinas, our hero, is called the Angelic Doctor. Highly recommended!!!
